The food is fantastic and excellent quality at this food cart. It's tucked away amongst beautiful rolling fields, hops, on the side of a hill leading up to a gorgeous abby, that started a brewery in the spirit of many Catholic Monks before them.
It's obvious that the owner and cook of this food cart cares about how people enjoy his food, by his attention to detail and choice of ingredients. You won't regret your decision to eat here, enjoy beers from the Benedictine Brewery, and soak up a little away time from your usual atmosphere.

The margherita flatbread was perfection. 🤤 Well done enough to hold shape with the healthy portion of cheese and fresh cherry tomato, but not overdone. The honey mustard served with the the fried brussel sprouts could be eaten by the spoonful. 10/10 would recommend.

The food is amazing and the chef is a nice guy too. If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and come here hungry. The portions are just right, the flavor is amazing. Can't say enough good things here. We go at least once a week just to have lunch
