Burger King

Cashier (women) saying "yall" was awesome. Friendly,helpful and generous. Very kind people person.

went with my son for lunch Sunday afternoon around 1pm. Food was fine,(my bun was cold and burger medium cold, but they gave me my request on the burger) the guy taking our order was very nice and courteous. my concern began in the dining room. the soda machines were empty on some flavors, and the machines were very dirty. not a little dirty, but significantly dirty. as was the ketchup dispenser. it was full, but had vol-canoed out the pump. and the tables and counters were ehh, some dirty, some not too bad. the floor was terrible. not obvious garbage, but the edges and under the tables, yuk. im not saying they needed a quick run thru, the grime was built up along the edges of the walls, like chronically not cleaned appropriately. i worked fast food for years, and i know the expectations under an experienced manager. not sure if there is no manager, or if they short handed a lot, or if the manager doesn't know better about actually having and keeping a clean place. i like the place, so i hope they can improve in this regard.

Good and friendly service. Tried the impossible whopper. Standard grilled burger taste and texture of Burger King. I need to blind taste test with the Beyond burger @ Cr. Jr. Personally, I like the veggies that Burger King uses on its burger better than the Beyond.

Love a good Whopper with cheese just once in awhile and their chicken nuggets are way better and way cheaper than McDonald's. Plus both Burger Kings in Salem have a big parking lot that's great place to chill out and eat or for travelers to make a pit stop without any hassles.

The place was busy on a Saturday night. Stopped in to eat after a long day on the road. The person who took my order was friendly and courteous.

When I went to get my drink, there was no ice in the soda dispenser and I was told they were out of ice in the back too.
