Pretty good. I thought they would have sliders but they discontinued them. Big enough portions. Fries were good- not overcooked. The lettuce was a little soggy like the burger was already made. Hmmm...

I eat at Carl's Jr.'s in many different towns, and while they're all SUPPOSED to be the same, the flavor quality and even texture vary greatly from Carl's to Carl's. The Big Carl this store fed me Thursday afternoon was far & away the BEST Big Carl I've had in a few years. The service was fast, the sandwich was still good and hot, and there was absolutely NONE of that yucky dryness you sometimes get at other places.

This is definitely the Carl's Jr. I'll be using every time I'm in Salem, OR.

Very clean professional lots of smiles and quick service. If you want to wash your hands in some really hot water in the super clean neat and tidy restroom, this is the place to do it. I read that story about Carl Karcher and his wife and their story how Carl's jr. Began. It started with a dream and became a reality and Legend. Fried zucchini is very addictive you have to be careful eating them. Because when you're done you just want to get more. Then when you think your really done you looking at the menu again in your eyes fixate on the fried zucchini but then there's the french fries. And then the eyes back to the fried zucchini and like all addictions you want more. I stood on this property almost 40 years ago. Wow things have really changed in 40 years.

I love it because there is grass-fed cows with no hormones that work for their beef and they seem to be in touch with health and fitness to an extent that they can. Besides that it's really good food and I love their chicken sandwich ????????????????????????
