Had our Friendsgiving catered. Was absolutely amazing. Smoked Turkey with all the fixings; 1000% yummy, definitely doing it again.

Greeted as soon as we arrived, got to hear the story of how they expanded as a food truck from a restaurant in Portland. They helped us through the menu, told us about the cooking techniques and choices of smoking wood. We found them at Snow Peaks brewery. The beef brisket was incredibly favorful and didn't even need sauce, great smoky flavor. Coleslaw was perfectly crunchy and seasoned. Will definitely go again.

I loved them! Very friendly and extremely accommodating! I had a bunch of special requests and they had no problem doing any of them. They did my wedding August 2019 and I was impressed with the food and so was everyone else. They do all sorts of stuff not just bbq! Very reasonable pricing and the guys that own it were total gentlemen and very professional and helpful! I would recommend them and use them again for sure???? they also have a food truck on commercial and we’ll be going there more often as well. You won’t be disappointed!!
