    Holy cow- if you want comfort food, this is it! So far I have tried the gumbo (YUM) and the mac and cheese. Both are delicious and big, hearty servings. There are also some really unique sodas called Swamp Pops with flavors I have never heard of, like Praline Cream Soda. DELISH. My next thing I would like to try is the cajun roasted marrow bones with a bone marrow luge. There is only one other place in Salem that has ever served marrow that I know of! I wish I had pictures, but since I got it to go the pictures just did not do any justice, especially to the mac and cheese. If you want to try something truly unique and different here in Salem I highly recommend Gumbo YaYa!
