    This is my favorite restaurant in Salem, I've been going here since I was a kid. The best tortillas in town, their food is bomb. Highly recommend the uli dip, to die for!

    Ok, look, this place won't be everyone's favorite... but it is mine. I've been eating Wally Burritos there for 35 years. The chips and salsa are perfection. If I'm being honest, there may be better places to have enchiladas, or whatever. When you go to Los Baez, ignore the menu. Forget about getting that thing you liked that one time at some other restaurant. Get.The.Wally. Seriously, get in your car right now and get a Wally. Note that the dinner Wally is too much for any human, so either share with a friend or order the lunch portion... or box up the extra for tomorrow!

    I thought the food was good and the service was great. Myself and my wife ate lunch here and if I might say the food was different than any other mexican food we have experienced before. With that being said remember that Mexico has many states like us and the food can be different from each state. I liked it, but my wife did not. You wont know unless you try it.

    This is my favorite restaurant. I love everything about Los Báez, including the family and staff. Ulysses will always make you feel like part of the family and he loves to make everyone laugh. Thank you all for being so AMAZING!
