Might be my absolute favorite place to get food in Salem - These beignets are INCREDIBLE. The owner is so, so lovely. I keep coming back and back. Seasonal specials on the beignets every few months are the best. Also literally the best chicken I've ever had in my life

Wow! So delicious! Tender and perfectly cooked tenders. Tasty perfectly fried and dressed beignets. Really friendly and on top of it all she serves things in paper products! No styrofoam! Makes my heart AND stomach happy.

Introduced to The Easy Otter by a fellow food fanatic and boy was I in for a treat. The aromas alone emminating from the trailer were intoxicating. Even with high expectations the chicken sandwich was a spirit lifting, soul soothing experience. The chicken was breaded with an unspeakably crispy handcrafted spiced batter. Tamed with the cool smokey crunch of arguably Salem's finest coleslaw. Combined with the golden brown delicious crunch of the fries that are deliciously guilty by association, need less to say this place deserves the business of anyone who can appreciate a craft chicken sandwich. So good you'll wanna shout about it from a mountain! Easy Otter gets an even easier A+ for being in a league of her own.

We were delighted to find this amazing food cart at beehive station yesterday. The menu was so enticing that I didn't even have to look at the other carts like I normally do before ordering. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with jalepeno slaw. The Tennessee hot chicken was fresh and juicy and the flavor was incredible. And the fries were delicious. Because everything was so good, we decided to try the beignets, too. I got the traditional kind and my husband got the pumpkin ones. These were just as tasty as the rest of the meal. This is now my favorite food cart in Salem. A must try!

Wonderfully tasty food at this boutique little food cart. Spicy fried chicken breast sandwich was superb. My wife is a professional level critic of fried chicken sandwiches, and she says this one is right at the top of the list. All the food here appears to be made with excellent ingredients and lots of attention to detail. We also indulged and partook in the beignets, one regular order and one pumpkin pie order, they are scrumptious. Obviously, you should check this place out, I highly recommend it.
