    We ordered take out last week and it was very good. We got the French dip sandwich as well as the ham and cheese croissant. Both tasted amazing. A lot of restaurants struggle to make a good Au Jus but their's is perfect! We also ordered one of their brownies and caramel pecan bars, and they were just the cherry on top! (They even threw in an extra brownie for us). Overall, I highly recommend them. Service was very quick and sweet. I'll definitely be going back

    Don’t pay attention the the one star review. That person has mistaken this business for another.
    Third avenue eatery wasn’t even a business 6 months ago.
    The owners are amazing and the food is too! Give it a try and you won’t be disappointed.

    This is a great place to eat. Never mind the one star reviews. They're mixing this place up with a different restaurant on the same street.
    Both have 3rd avenue in their titles.

    This is a really awesome new business their customer service is excellent their menu prices are reasonable the strawberry frappe is really good
