    Great food, fast service. But asked them to turn down the "turned up to 11" music and they barely touched it.

    Ceviche.

    That’s all you need to know. I have a weakness for restaurants that seem unaware they’re even located in the U.S. and make zero effort to cater to American sensibilities.

    That doesn’t mean poor service. It’s excellent. It does mean incredible food put together just like it would have been on the Baja Peninsula-which I imagine is where the proprietors are from. I don’t know if they are. However, I have spent time on the Baja Peninsula and this restaurant nails it.
