I mean, it's breakfast food which is my fave. Always quick, friendly service. Gotta say if you're getting the biscuits and gravy, opt for one as they're huge biscuits (as they should be). Also got a bear purse for the 1-year-old in December and it's still holding strong.

Great family friendly place for comfort foods. Terrific staff. The menus are on newspapers with stories and a list of all the locations across the country. There are devotees that try to eat at every location. They have a gift shop with cute items.

Just a great place to have a casual meal and leave stuffed. The portions are gigantic, the people are friendly, and the coffee is bottomless! I don't know what else you could ask for.

Even have a costumed Black Bear mascot to take pictures with (not sure how often though, he/she was there for 5 or 10 minutes during our two hour breakfast.

The portions are great, their breakfast food is pretty good! My mimosa left lots to be desired (mostly I desired some alcohol in it lol) and it kinda seemed like there was something funny going on in the kitchen because lots of people were getting food that was incorrect, our table included. That doesn't seem like the norm for this place though!

I've been intrigued by the bear statues for awhile passing by. Finally, we came in on a Sunday for brunch & our socks were knocked off! First of all, as Southerners, we literally cried tears of joy to see grits on the menu! The food was delicious, absolutely fabulous. Huge portions, great prices, great music & most of all, our server, Frankie was a complete doll! She was attentive, patient, on top of it. We will be back & asking for Frankie.
