Fryer oil needs to be changed. Nastiest hash browns ever this morning. Dirty dining room. Filthy by fountain drink machine. Sticky floor. Liquid spills everywhere by lids and straws.
UPDATE--Customer service has vastly improved. Spotless and well stocked restrooms. Very clean dining room. Quick quality customer service. Whatever changes have happened in past 5 months are for the better. Keep up the good work!

Pretty empty place. Maybe because you need to ask for a code to use the bathroom? Dirty tables and broken ketchup dispenser. But BK still deserves kudos for offering a meatless Whopper.

Staff effeciently processed a long line of cars for the rush tonight. They were professional and very polite through the entire process, which is very refreshing compared to other major fast food chains. This was my first visit here, and I will be back.

Bathroom for men’s room is a single person bathroom with no way to lock the door and disgusting. No paper towels, sink broken, not good. Long wait for food. Whopper DRIPPING mayo insane amount of mayo. Can’t see anything but mayo. I usually love BK. That bathroom is NOT big enough. I’m shocked it meets coding. You shouldn’t be able to open the door to a guy with pants down wiping for the dining room to see. PRETTY ODD! Almost 3rd world like.
And they got my drink wrong. ????
