    For the first time in 8 years of being in America, I found the BEST FILIPINO FOOD..IN A the beTRUCK... It's named MANG FRED'S FILIPINO FOOD. They have the was a Wasbest among t wayhe best Lechon Kawali, Dinuguam, Daing na Bangus, Tapsi's,Laing and Adobo. Their Lumpia is so good too. We finished our dinner with their Halohalo and Turon with Ice Cream on top. So Yummy!!!£

    Loved it, especially the Lechon Kawali, I’m from San Diego and been up in Portland for three weeks for work and just missed the home cook meal. I’ll be back for the Dinuaguan and Kaldereta

    Wow. The halo halo is to die for! It's the best I've had in a long while. I will definitely go back for more and will try the other dishes. So happy that there's finally an authentic Filipino food cart nearby.
