Sweet Betty's Bistro

Such a cute spot. Food was good, service was great. My 2 year old greatly appreciated the little shelve of toys they had available and we had such a nice meal. My only minor complaint was that the coffee was not so good, but everything else was so good I didn't even mind. I had the eggs Benedict and my husband had a sandwich of some kind. My 2 year old got pancakes and cleaned her plate.

I heard of Sweet Betty’s thanks to Yelp! It has a nice Portland feel to it. Simple and Chic. The food was delicious! We both had the country fried steak and it was divine! They also have a 21+ menu for breakfast! Bucket of mimosa?! Yes please! We will definitely be returning to try out their lunch menu!
Our waitress was also very Pleseant. She made good eye contact and was very prompt. Food got to us Fairly quickly. Great work!

Cute little hole-in-the-wall style diner that serves great comfort food and has friendly people. Great place to come if you have a smaller group of people and if you love "Today's Hits". They are always playing current music at a perfect volume. Loud enough to easily hear the song thats playing, and quiet enough to talk to anyone across your table or to flag someone down.

Sweet Betty's is the best breakfast in town, and if I could ever resist the breakfast and order lunch, I happen to know for a fact that those options are a cut above as well. The servers are all amazing and seem to work there a long time, a sign that someone good is making decisions around there. On top of all that the inside has been decorated with all the charm and character of someplace plucked right from a hip SE Portland neighborhood. I LOVE this place! They by far take the cake as not only Gresham's best breakfast, but also the best overall dining experience. I'd make a recommendation, but you'd be better off opening the menu, closing your eyes, dropping a pen, and ordering what it lands on.

The service was great! Friendly and genuine conversation.

The BLT was a bit disappointing. The bacon on it was a perfect crisp texture and it tasted delicious, but there was one slice of tomato and the bacon and tomato was all bundled together in one spot (on one side of the sandwich). The sandwich was a bit below average overall.

The Cheddar Broccoli Soup was absolutely amazing and saved this review from a 3 and brought it to a 4. I was a little hesitant on getting the soup, but my God was it delicious! ????

The coffee was average, nothing special. But, it was pretty cool that they handed out a baby's bottle full of milk to go with the coffee. It's definitely unique.
