Baby Blue Woodfired Pizza

It's vegan, and it tastes good, but I'm not impressed. Half of it was super well done and the crust was burnt. The other half was not done at all. I love my pizza, and I've tried this place twice now, but I think I'm over it.

Pizza is my favorite food, so I'm always up for trying new places. I got a Margherita pizza and pepperoni pizza. The margherita was probably the saltiest pizza I've ever had in my life. It was like eating a saladito candy. The pepperoni was okay, but I didn't like how either pizza was extremely thin; like Kleenex thin.

My wife said she liked it, but I wouldn't eat here again. Cashier was very nice though.

Beyond my expectations, an exceptionally tasty vegan pizza. The crust was crisp and chewy and a wonderful texture. The vegan toppings all played an excellent balance and were genuinely as good or better than the meat and milk based products I usually prefer. Frankly this place blows my local franchise pizza shop out of the water.

My hesitation to try "Vegan Pizza" was totally unfounded. I look forward to visiting again.

For starters GET THE SIDE OF RANCH. Life changing. But on a serious note vegan or not, this pizza is everything I want in a pizza (specifically the incredible margarita or truffle shuffle ?) By many moons Baby Blues hit the nail on the head in all the compartments of pizza mastery!
And without hesitation I always tell friends/family about this food cart who haven’t been yet.
Not to mention how insanely friendly the staff is!!!

AMAZING PIZZA. Vegan or not, you will love eating here. The crust is heavenly.The sauce is incredible-- how do they make marinara sauce so good that I would eat just crust and sauce as a meal! Love the cheese, love the toppings. An incredible price for the size and the quality. Hands down the best vegan pizza spot in town! Don't waste your time elsewhere.
