Bari Food Cart Pdx

Walter makes an amazing pasta special which changes regularly. Whenever I need a comfort meal, I drive to Carts on Foster and order some pasta. Last night I had the Farfalle alla Vodka. The sauce was amazing. Served with a few pieces of nice bread and butter - a really lovely meal after a long day. I go back at least once a month, usually more.

The pepperoni panzerotti was one of the best things my taste buds have experienced. Can't wait to go back! Walter knows what he's doing. ???? Cannoli was also amazing.

Absolutely delicious! Panzerotto are similar to calzones, but have a much lighter dough. I would recommend the Calabrese.

Just incredible. Never had dough like it before. Perfectly fried, so light and crispy, but also soft and chewy. You could taste Walter's soul in the food. It literally brought me and my wife to tears. Beyond the food, Walter is such a warm, inviting person. You just can't go wrong. We will go back again and again and again. The only mistake we made was ordering the small. Best random decision, EVER.

I got the pepperoni panzerotti and it was incredible. The dough around it is super light and fluffy, and all the ingredients seem to be high quality, which is surprising for how inexpensive it is. The chef is super personal and great to talk to. I'd highly recommend the place to anyone!
