    Best Boba I’ve had in my life. Taro is unreal! Love it. Will drop by anytime. Other places make it watery or put not so much boba. Here’s its creamy, cold or hot depending on how you feel having it and waiting time is very short. Quite a discovery and a hidden gem of boba. Definitely recommended if you drop by Portland anytime.

    Came here last weekend and got a milk tea after saying "smoothie" 3 times.
    The girl working seemed pretty snooty. Not a very welcoming attitude.
    The bubble tea ended up being petty good though even though it was the wrong kind.

    BobaBlastic is VERY VERY hit or miss. We've ordered from this cart a few times and it's either extremely well blended and delicious or it's still a frozen rock. The service here is pretty hit or miss too. We've been greeted by friendly workers and workers that clearly wanted nothing to do with us. The cart is also not always properly staffed. If it's dinner time and Cartlandia is pretty busy, why do you only have one person working register and making orders
