Buffalo Gap Saloon & Eatery: Restaurant & Bar

The best of its kind. Great bar, great service, and every item I've ordered off their vast menu has been great. And they cater to all sorts of tastes. What I've come to appreciate about this place that is unique among other bar-restaurants I've been to is the segregated seating. Whether you want to belly up to the bar and just order drinks, have large loud group of friends gather for food and drinks and pool, or whether you want a quieter dinner with your family, you can do that here. If you can't decide where else to go, go here and you won't be disappointed.

My first time, great place! Fast service, good food; fish and chips were excellent. My buddy gave thumbs up for his burger as well (too busy chowing down to talk :) Very comfortable atmosphere too, especially in the pool room. Will definitely be back!

Great evening dancing to Green Tambourine and enjoying killer nachos. They actually layer the toppings with the chips like nachos should be and not just put on top. Half order was huge! Will definitely go back!

I had a great experience meeting with many friends from different high schools in Portland. We all graduated in 1970 and continue to stay in touch with each other. We picked the Buffalo Gap to appease friends from the west side as it should be. The food was great, Christina was our waitress / server and did a wonderful job. We all enjoyed our meals and beverages. Pretty good beers on tap! Had a great time. Good friends, good beer and good food!!! You cannot beat that. Visit this place you will enjoy it and the food is great!

One of my favorite go-to hang outs for breakfast to late happy hour and everything in between. Laid back place in John's Landing that's well worth a trip. Something for everyone with plenty of seating, nice bar, great wait staff, pool tables, out door patio and live music over the weekends.
