Buffalo Wild Wings

I love this place so much!! But last time I was there I asked the waiter for my receipt to scan the code to get my rewards she said we don't have a bar code to scan it!! And she said write your phone number on the receipt to put it manually.. I didn't get any points. She wasn't nice I don't remember her name and she forgot my french fries basket she brought after we ate ..

I placed an online order after midnight, which was on 12/18 but instead me allowing to pick at the time, the website made the order was 11a later that morning. I called the store & they agree to place the order right away. The supervisor or manager that was working the late shift was VERY NICE & PROFESSIONAL!! I was really thankful because I’m a flight attendant & it’s hard to find late night good food!!

Nice staff, open til late. Food and drinks are ok. I ordered the lemon pepper chicken wings, way too much seasonings, crunchy outside, a bit dry inside. I believed they should do better for the wings since they are specialized in chicken wings, I assumed.
