Cascade Fare

Every dish we've tried here has been impeccable, from the gnocchi to the pork chops to the homemade delectable ice creams. The cocktails are also exquisite. Service is relaxed amd professional. It's a destination restaurant for us.

Michael the server is a top notch multi tasker and makes you feel at home. Attentive and welcoming, even when he's incharge of what seems to be everything at once. Can't wait to come back and try a new dish!

We ate everything on the menu... some things we had twice. It was that delicious. The food is incredible. Our server was really kind, welcoming and helpful. We had great wine and cocktails. Delicious coffee ice cream for dessert. It is a beautiful, cozy, warm restaurant with great food.

Excellent new American food, a well chosen wine list (I like the orange Gewurtztraminer) and a delightfully simple interior. Thanks to the staff so much for opening here!

Tried the gnocchi, potatoes, ridiccio, tagliatelle and lamb and they were all delicious! Next time in I'm getting the gnocchi all to myself.
