Homemade tortillas

Pleasantly suprised. Order enchiladas Verdes de pollo (pollo es desabrada/shredded,) . It ingredients were not from a can.

I wanted to update my review, and give a MAJOR SHOUT to the man behind the stove. I absolutely love ordering food for our whole family from here, when I simply do not have time to cook at home. It's true "home cooked," meal. They also sell Horchata, which is one of the only places I will order from. Taste exactly like how I make it, from scratch and despite Horchata being an "easy," (but a bit laboring,) drink, so many other places do not have the ratio down or like to toast their rice giving a "mystique," like flavor that I do NOT very much enjoy BUT Enchilda express is one of the few places I know where I can HAPPILY enjoy an Horchata without pausing or wincing.
