Flying Elephants at South Waterfront

Nice place and employees, Carly gets a gold star for bringing the positive energy every time and Stacy makes sure everything runs smooth. Great vibes, my favorite of the elephants locations.

Good food, fast service. Though it was November, the south sun reflected off the building to create a comfortable outdoor seating place. Views of the Tillicum Bridge are uplifting.

Parking is terrible. The staff were polite, helpful and friendly. The biscuit and gravy were delicious and filling. They offer a variety of herbal teas and coffee. A pleasant break from the evil chain store next door.

First time trying here. Great serve yourself gourmet deli food and hot items with counter service. Great sandwiches, soups, salads and grilled items. Full bar. Take the MAX (which stops right in front) and get a drink and watch the world go by. Very reasonable prices.

I love coming here in the afternoons or evenings for a beer and a snack. Lunch here is great too. I love the "elephant's cure" chicken soup year round with some sliced baguette.
