Have been to HUB on Powell at least 10x since I moved to Portland last August, always a great experience. Just ordered beer for delivery due to the quarantine and they were fast, courteous, and practiced social distancing when they arrived. And as expected, the beer is delicious :)

My sandwich was delicious and the beer was all fantastic. I will say I was very put off to find a few pieces of dirty and wilted lettuce in my salad. Your prep people didn't do there job and then the kitchen staff weren't paying attention. My wife ordered a salad you used to feature on the menu with steak, cooked rare. It came out well done. My friend got your breaded chicken sandwich, which was left in the fryer way too long. Both dishes were remade but I expect better. Pay attention and if it's not right, don't send it out.

Hopworks made for a very pleasant lunch destination - the permeable surface in their parking lot made an immediate favorable impression. I'm more than 40 years away from qualifying for their lowest priced special for nearby high school students, but they have an excellent variety of other lunch specials - most involving combinations of pizza, salads, and beverages with or without alcohol. I went with the 1/2 grinder and a salad, which turned out to be the perfect amount of food for me. One of the people in our group had a salad and elected to try their meatless chicken option, and was very impressed - I'm thinking of trying it on my next visit.
Possibly my favorite part of my most recent visit was the smell... between beer being brewed, and an indication that some of their breads are baked in house, it was a very pleasant wait while our food was being prepared.
The only letdown for me was that I didn't think the bread was a perfect match for my grinder's contents. The bread seemed drier and chewier than I was expecting. The quality of the pizza was fine, but this location has some strong competition surrounding it on Division, Foster, and Gladstone that keep it from being what I would consider a true pizza destination. But if beer is your goal, I can recommend Hopworks without hesitation.

Went here during Portland Pizza week 2019. Tried the vegetarian pizza with cauliflower on it, it was quite good. The staff is very friendly and energetic. The place is well lit, and has a good feel to it. I would definitely return here in the future. Of course, the beer selection is great!

He pizza and pretzels are amazing. They also have a few kids play places where you can let the kiddos play. The staff is friendly and very family oriented. I found out that they have “Tots Tuesday” once a month where the kids get free snacks and someone reads to them. Really cool place
