KOC Blackened seasoning makes the best chicken and shrimp I've ever cooked. My son and I have been going to the Saturday Market stand for about 10 years for the free samples and smiles. We always get two large containers so we don't run out too fast.
Everyone is sleeping on the Cream spice. We messed up and only bought a small bottle. We were out in 2 weeks. Literally added to every meal we made. Been coming to Saturday Market just to chill with these guys. They are so laid back and awesome.

I went for dinner with my best friend. Th atmosphere was very relaxing, and the service was good. I tried frog legs for the first time! Everything was delicious. I would definitely go back.
Absolutely the best cajun seasoning I have ever tasted. I use the Louisiana seasoning on almost everything.
Add this to anything. Don't stop at steak, shrimp and chicken.
Throw it on your spaghetti or ramen, throw it on your tuna. Sprinkle some in your mac'n'cheese. It makes everything it touches better.
I'm running low and about to make another purchase because a large container of KotC has to be in my cupboard at all times.
