Little Griddle

Great little place to get breakfast or brunch. We met with family, and we all enjoyed it.

My wife had the Country Benedict, and I had the Shakshouka!

Really great, I loved the Irish Coffee, and we recommend it.

It was our first time, so I highly recommend make a reservation or of a spontaneous decision to go, be patient as there might be a wait on the weekend, but well worth the wait.

What a pleasant surprise this little neighborhood breakfast joint turned out to be. My bacon, cheddar with wilted spinach and leeks was absolutely delicious. And the house salad that accompanied it had the most spectacularly flavorful dressing. I'll definitely be going back.

Today was my first time at Little Griddle and I had an amazing experience. The restaurant is small and cozy, lots of great art and amazing plants. The food was absolutely delicious, the shakshuka was to die for. I appreciate the owner for checking up on us after we had waited a bit for our food. It was definitely worth the wait and more. I cannot recommend this place enough! Great food, great people, great atmosphere. Can’t wait to be back soon.

We're only in town for the weekend and we're hungry when we got off the plane. I am so glad we took a chance on this gem. It was a short wait for a table, the service was fantastic and we didn't wait long for our food. There was no talking at our table the food was that good. Overall we enjoyed the Little Griddle and would recommend it to our friends. If we're ever back in Oregon we will definitely visit again!

The whole experience overall:
Walked in needed a table for two and they said it would be 25 minutes but probably less. Put my name on the list and walked down the street to Prince Coffee and grabbed a quick coffee. By the time I got and started drinking my coffee, I got a message that the table was ready. Sat down looked at the menu and knew that because the menu was simple(one page) everything on it would be good. Ordered the spinach skillet, subbed the toast for a biscuit (definitely recommend going for this option) and added avo. It was phenomenal. Came with a salad that was so good, I would have never thought to have a salad with breakfast (I’m the type of person that rarely gets a salad anywhere let alone for breakfast), but the salad that came with my skillet was not only refreshing and light, the dressing had a mildly sweet kick, it got me in the mood for breakfast. Then I dug into my skillet and chowed down. Not once did I think the skillet was missing anything or wish I ordered something else.

If you want a breakfast place that has every menu item under the sun, a table right away, and the cheapest breakfast around - this place is not for you.
However, if you want a breakfast spot that is moderately priced (you can easily get away for under $15 a person), has quality house made ingredients, and leaves you feeling refreshed and full, do yourself a favor and eat here, you will not be disappointed you will be happy that you chose the Little Griddle to eat at.
