Great stop for my friend's birthday. We arrived at 11.15 for a group of six and had solid service and food. Everyone seemed pretty happy with their bevs and the table had the cutest little donuts with cinnamon sugar and lemon and raspberry curd.
I had the biscuits & gravy with two eggs over medium and shared a side of 🥓. My food was good but the slight sweetness just wasn't what I was hoping for - but the menu does clearly say maple in the description so it was a gamble I lost.
Will definitely go back for brunch another Sunday.

We went late-nite, happy hour. Great location with amazing views. Happy hour menu was great. Specialty cocktails were delicious. HH food very tasty. Go earlier and find a spot on the patio for a great experience. Great customer service.

Great ambiance and outside dining. Conveniently located across the street from the Hyatt Regency Portland and convention center. Food is good and affordable - especially at happy hour. Our server was delightful!

Metropolitan took over after Altabira shut down a few months ago. They have quite a nice menu. Their drinks are good, especially the cocktails, and they are 25% off during happy hour! Honestly, their oysters were some of the tastiest I have ever had. Also try their buffalo sauce cauliflower. Très delicious!
