Friendly people who actually made your plate right then and there. The prices were a bit high on some things--especially for a piggy back Cafe with no seating available. However, Nelly provided us the opportunity to taste some authentic Bayou treats. Thank You Nelly

Great food and great people. Red beans and rice was delicious, don't skip it. Also loved the mac and cheese, and chicken. Red beans and rice comes in a container that'll go right in your fridge, so buy a lot to eat some and the rest later.

Hella fire ...love the chicken...really on point. Call ahead for ya wings if u like them fresh and hot like I do.. and plus they go fast ..so they might not be there when u get there if u don't call ahead...bomb chicken and red beans and rice tho. Greens lacked good seasoning kind of spicy but blan. Not the best .. everything else . On point

This is so good! Little deli stand inside in the back of Roll Your Own serving up Louisiana comfort food. The red beans and rice is amazing. The chicken gumbo was great. The cornbread was sweet with a hint of cinnamon. The collard greens were spicy. The fried chicken was lightly breaded and so good. Call ahead to get your order quicker. Take it to go as there isn't really a place to sit and eat.
