Olive Garden Italian Restaurant

We had a tough couple days, sick dog, my family is quarantined after I got a COVID 19 diagnosis, then our dog had to be put to sleep and today is my husband's birthday. We can't even hug to comfort each other, can't make birthday dinner, it's been a tough day. I decided to order something he'd love, Olive Garden, and asked if they could do something special for my husband. I thought maybe a happy birthday on the bag ? No ideas really as with so much happening. They sent him a piece of birthday cake!!!! I wasn't expecting it, it was really sweet. Thank you for providing service in such tough times and for helping to make our day a little better. I felt awful not being able to make him a cake. Thank you so much! Stay safe, stay well.

Took a girl here for a date and it was just right. The service was top notch, the food was hot and came out quickly and the price was very affordable.

My date loved the Italian salad and the breadsticks of course. I had a seafood fettuccine and it was delicious. I can't forget the appetizers. The Spinach Artichoke Dip was almost perfect and the mozzarella sticks were out of this world.

Came in before the dinner rush so had an open table in the bar area. The food was good and the staff were nice but our server Wesley was EXCEPTIONAL. Wonderful customer service, attentive but not pushy. Paid attention to detail and went above and beyond to make sure our meals, adult beverages, and whole experience was great. I understand that Olive Garden is a fast paced chain restaurant so the turn over is pretty high and its hit and miss, but if I received Wesley service every time, I'd be eating pasta every night!

Food was good, and the server was great with a nice demeanor and knowledge of food (even provided information about a dish that had changed since our last visit, nice to have the info). The downside of the visit was that we ordered appetizers.... They were tasty, but we had mere minutes to eat them and all of a sudden our food was there. We didn't ever finish the apps because it was so hurried by the service staff (not our waiter's fault). When they brought the huge tray of food, they just started serving - there was literally nowhere on the table to put it, so were taking away plates for apps to make room. Seemed like they should have asked if they should come back in 5-15 minutes.

Chicken parm was good, seafood Alfredo was good, kids meal was good as well. All entres were solid, just incredibly rushed. We were clearly not in a hurry (had wine, were chatting, etc.) and it was a bummer to have that push.
