    This was my first time at a Panera Bread. The menu was a little confusing and when I asked for help on what the deal was with the half soup and sandwich. But the cashier was extremely rude and seems annoyed that I was taking too much time. There was nobody else waiting so I don’t understand why she acted like that. The food was great unfortunately I was the service was just as good.

    The place was not clean no where to sit. My soup was pure broth no chicken no noodles. My daughter's salad was super dry. I wasn't able to get a different soup without a hassle so I just ate salad and left. The establishment in Vancouver is nicer cleaner and great service. Krep in mind we ate here at approx 830pm. Not impressed.

    Their food is very delicious! The bakery is so good. The apple cinnamon crunch scones are a must try and the cocoa & creme cookies! The BBQ Chicken mac & cheese is one of my favorites. The customer service is always wonderful!
