Papa John's Pizza

This is literally my favorite pizza place. They offer great rewards for their customers and their pizza is delicious. Out of the past 3 years I have been a customer (I buy 2 pizzas weekly), only once was my order switched accidentally with another customer. Their customer service is awesome and their employees are very helpful. I strongly recommend Papa John's Pizza.

Another review said their pizza was soggy, but I tried it anyway. The lady there was friendly and quick. I ate about 2/3s of it in my car because I was hungry, but threw the rest away. The dough was too soft and soggy. It was cooked, just soggy. Dunno if it's from water in the sauce or what, but they need to figure it out. *Edit: A guy I work with who happens to be a manager at various locations as his other job told me this happens if the dough isn't taken out of the freezer early enough to defrost before cooking.
