Chef Sassy puts together an absolutely amazing menu that wows you and makes you feel at home at the same time. The food she has created is unlike any you will find any other place, inventive, flavorful and something for everyone! I loved it and will definitely be back again!

This was some of these best food I got when i went through portland!! And let me tell you I ate eveeerywhere the pierogi was OUTTA CONTROL the tamale had me in TEARS of JOY and I ain't never got my life like that over a taco... this fusion cart is a match made in heaven!! Wow! Who knew a Russian Latin American cross over could be so good? I've been twice now to Rusa and have found myself delighted, intrigued and perplexed at the combination of textures and flavors this food cart is dishing up--all in the best of ways.

The food offers a a fresh take with even fresher ingredients and I really appreciate the meat eater/veggie and vegan options for all the dishes.

The summer salad with the Agua Fresca (blueberry lime and mint when I was there last) kept the heat at bay and my dog love the treat Sassy the owner gave her.
