Supernova Vegan

Everything on the menu has been amazing so far! The Bahn mi is ridiculously fresh, complex and hearty. The Mac is creamy, ooey-gooey goodness. The poblano pepper grilled cheese is out-of-this-world and everything is made from plants!

This place blows my mind!! I visited almost weekly this summer, it was worth using my one day off a week to go to this cart and grab lunch. Finding the best vegan Mac has been my personal quest these last 2 years of veganism, and Supernova HANDS DOWN is the winner. Do yourself a favor and live your best life- grab a side of it to go with your Space Cowboy.

I am so impressed by this food I am almost speechless. Their mac & “cheese” is the best vegan mac & cheese I’ve ever had. I’m excited to try everything on the menu. They also have huge portions so it’s like you’re getting two meals (or one big one if you’re feeling ~wild~).

Had this today for the first time. I’m blown away with the quality and flavors. Everything is so delicious, melt in your mouth. If you can achieve vegan bbq & vegan fish. This is a whole other level.

As a vegan its always exciting to be able to get everything! It was delicious. Staff was friendly and even with a few people ahead of us we got our food in a timely manner. Will be making a regular spot!
