Sushi One

This little sushi restaurant is a neighborhood gem. The sushi is always high quality and delicious. Prices are very good for the quality of the food. The owners are very welcoming and nice. Highly recommended!

The service was a little slow, but the staff was very friendly and to be fair, they were pretty busy. The quality of the sushi was great--the fish tasted very fresh. In my opinion this is the best sushi in NoPo, granted there are not many options.

Sushi One was a regular spot for us before it's closure last year and we are thrilled to have a neighborhood sushi place again. We've gotten to visit a few times since the re-opening. The new owners are very friendly and welcoming. Just as importantly, the quality of the fish is excellent (I could happily live off of their salmon), the specialty rolls we've had are creative and well composed (we love their spicy tuna!), and what we've tried out of the kitchen has been tasty. We feel lucky to have this gem close by and look forward to eating here again.

They just reopened under new ownership. Very lively despite only being open a couple days. Attentive staff, good atmosphere, and great food! Lots of attention to detail on our dishes. Got our food in a timely matter even though the restaurant was at capacity. Nothing was lacking. We live close by so this for sure a new regular for us.
