Very good Swiss food. Seating for 20 to 24 people. Not going to find better so go. Quiet, prompt service, very good food better than i found in Switzerland.
The food was absolutely phenomenal! The staff is superb! They are extremely polite and knowledgeable of the menu. Can't wait to go again.
The food was spectacular! Ever since seeing the restaurant on Diners, Drive Ins and Dives, I've been wanting to visit. We finally made it to Oregon and went the first night. We had paprika schnitzel & weinerschnitzel. So delicious!
Literally the best food. Amazing service. Intimate setting. This place is an absolute MUST in Portland!! The onion soup! DROOL! ???? I wish I could Give them 100 stars. 100!!!
Oh my God. I go to every German restaurant I can find and am pretty critical when it comes to German food. And I know this place is Hawaiian-Swiss but hear me out. This was legitimately the best schnitzel I've ever had. And I've had a LOT of schnitzel. My girlfriend got the Emince Zurichoise and it was also delicious (a bit salty for her taste). The coleslaw, fantastic. The Valaisanne Rösti, amazing. Seriously everything we got here tops the list of my favorite of that thing. It's that good. Not to mention the mother of the chef (her photos are on the wall along with her Swiss/chef husband) came and chatted us up. Incredibly friendly -- we felt like family. I must say, this is my favorite "German" restaurant in Portland so far, and I don't see anything topping it soon. You HAVE to go here if you're looking for a delicious German/Swiss meal. I can't praise it enough.
