(December 30, 2019, 4:39 pm)La Mestiza is so good. If you're looking for a "hole in the wall taco joint", this is it. The panuchos are where it's at and you should for sure order them if you've never had them. The Enchilada plate is also good if you have a bigger appetite (those refried beans are so good I could just eat a bowl of them for lunch and be happy). They have a cold salsa bar with 3 salsas, pickled veggies, and lime wedges. Watch that salsa though; it's pretty spicy and I ate a container of each and it hurt me later that day (#WorthIt).
The people working here were also really nice and the prices were beyond fair. I'm for sure going to be frequenting this place and exploring more of this menu. I want to try the weekend special (relleno negro) sometime. -

Quick bite for satisfying Mexican fare.
Seating inside or out.
Salsa options were fantastically flavorful.
Not a standout but certainly a good fall back from other, larger places along the main strip.
