(October 9, 2021, 2:20 am)I've been going to this food truck since I started at PSU, wow. To be honest when the older woman and man are working that's when I know it's going to be good. I haven't been disappointed by them yet, the younger staff is hit or miss. Idk if they're the owners of what but they made me feel welcome. I haven't been since the pandemic personally (my roommate picks up for me) but as soon as I'm able I'd love to see them again. The last chicken burrito I had made me wanna cry and when I get their plate(s) the beans and rice are good too. Their chicken tamales are okay but I'm biased, I have a friend who is the tamale queen in my life.
