She was so incredibly sweet..and I know many english words, yet that one just encapsulates this beautiful human - "genuine" and "polite" naturally fall well under that. I won't get into the details of the interaction and the full experience but she and I know, and so I am to let her employers know as well, let them know that this girl and her character surpass her place of employment (no disrespect) and I'm sure the pay. So other than sharing my gratitude and opinion, hopefully subway will share their gratitude as well; with words, and ideally action.
