Love the Cajun Calamari. Bartender Ally is amazing. If you're 21+ Try the buckets in the Bucket List, no disappointments.
I tried Rock Wood Pizza for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. Some family members suggested we meet them there because they liked it, so we wanted to try it too. In our party we had vegetarians and some following keto and there was something that was perfect for us all. I had a salad with blue cheese that was huge and so good, and it came with a delicious freshly made Italian roll. Everyone said the pizza was fab, but I didn't actually have any. The atmosphere is lively, but comfortable for family dining. I will definitely be back. Check it out!
Ridiculous "rock and roll concert" menu and item names makes for a completely off-putting annoying, unintuitive, and unhelpful ordering experience. Happy hour specials are very inexpensive. The quality of the food is mediocre at best, and the service is completely hit and miss. Top it all off with a dark interior with rust-painted junker guitars hanging on the walls and above the bar, and you have a less than appealing place to dine. They do have a cheap lunch menu buffet, and they're located close by a lot of big businesses, which is why I suspect they're still in business. Ironically, the best service we've ever had was last night, by the bartender who told us it was her first night tending bar by herself (she was FANTASTIC, and is what earned The Rock another star.
This is not a typical pizza place. Everything is classic rock themed, including the names of the pizzas. The decor looks like the inside of a tour bus with great rock music playing all the time.
They have a vast variety of entrees, and side dishes. They also have great burgers, and stuff you wouldn't expect, like calamari, and paella.
Overall a good experience, made ever better by the atmosphere, and music.
David S. served us recently & it was his first day bartending. He made our drinks with perfection & made the experience exponential. He was very friendly & polite. David had great energy & made the whole group enjoy themselves. 10/10, we would definitely come back just to laugh with him :)
