We have eaten here for more than 20 years and never been disappointed. A number of the staff have been there the entire time. Great food and service!!

Staff is friendly food was very well prepared, spiced just right and priced very competitively with other restaurant's of this variety. There margarita's are made very well and with plenty of the correct alcohol, according to my wife. Overall awesome dining experience, will return in the future.

I have been coming to this restaurant for the past 20 years off and on, and I have to say my latest experience was the absolute best it's ever been.

I don't know what they've changed in the past year since I was here last, but whatever they did, and whatever your past experiences were, I must say they are absolutely a first choice for anything in the Independence/Monmouth area.

The service was fast, the meat was fresh, the rice was fluffy, not dried out or chewy. Perfect. The seasonings they used were a perfect compliment to the dish. I've had Mexican dishes at over a hundred restaurants in more than a dozen states, and none has stuck out to me more than my recent experience with Los Dos Amigos.
