Starbucks

Ester at the Monmouth, Oregon Starbucks, was very helpful when I said the print on the menu was too small for me to see. She has great customer service!

This location has been great…when it’s open. There have been the most random days / times that I’ve tried to go through the drive thru and it’s been closed.

Today I placed a mobile order and at the drive thru I let them know I was there for my mobile order. I kid you not my drinks were handed to the truck in front of me and then passed back to the barista. When I got to front the two drinks were sitting at the window. I was asked if I was there for the mobile order and when I confirmed and was handed the same drinks I made a joke about how I saw them pass my drinks to the truck in front of me. It wasn’t denied it was followed with an excuse of their system being down and then ignored.

This is gross to me as one of the drinks was in the truck infront of me for awhile. I sure hope that the barista had eyes on it while it was in the truck because I have no intention of sharing a drink with a stranger. 🤢

Hopefully it gets better and as more staff is trained they’re open more and have stricter rules about passing drinks around.

Great team here. They are always friendly and fast during rushes. Only place where I can get my favorite drink the Matcha Creme Frappuccino!

This Starbucks location was a little shaky at the start. The employees at the window were a little shy at first. They seem to have a great crew now. Everyone is very chatty and nice to talk to. There is one concern. Today I went to this Starbucks at 1:10. They were closed. The new Saturday and Sunday hours are 5:00 am to 1:00 pm. I'm not sure if this is due to covid or not being able to hire people. I ended up having to go to Dallas Starbucks.... they were open.

We have a Starbucks and it's amazing!!! Let's be honest, I'd be happy with a 3-star Bux just to have one locally, but man did we get lucky with our new store. The team here is great! Super friendly - just the right amount of chatting to keep it not awkward while waiting but you don't feel like you're getting hyped for a frat party before you've had your coffee. So glad you're here, Monmouth sbux team!
