Nice clean food was good people were nice

Came in for a quick meal, as Yeasty was packed. Good food, friendly service.

I had ordered online and it was a fast and easy experience. I'll also got to skip the 20 minute line during their lunch rush. They made a tasty Subway sandwich with fresh vegetables!

We stopped in to grab a couple of subs and a dozen cookies on June 10th and were rather disappointed when we first arrived. There were only three cookies in the display, a long line of people, only one employee, and it turned out only one working oven. Boy was I unhappy ????.

I have to tell you that despite these issues and our rather long wait there was no way I could give the store a really low rating though. It was all because of the young lady who was scheduled to work a three hour shift and ended up working from 11:30 am to after 5:30 pm that day (at least part of, if not all of which she worked alone). I didn't get her name but in my opinion she exemplifies all the great traits of a highly customer service oriented, employee. Subway should commend her for the outstanding job she did and how she represented them.

Despite all that was going on and how busy she was she ALWAYS kept a positive attitude! She welcomed each person who came in with a smile on her face and a happy tone in her voice. She kept up with the bread making between the customers, excused herself to do it and upon returning apologized for causing people to wait while she did it. She thanked each person for waiting, explained things were a bit slow as she was working the shift alone, and then apologized for their having to wait. It was obvious that she was giving 100% to help serve everyone as quickly as possible. However, she never treated anyone rudely or rushed them along as she completed each order.

It was amazing to watch and by the time our turn arrived I couldn't help but be impressed by the service of this young lady! The food is much like any other Subway, which I like, but because of her and the people that were smart enough to hire her I rate this Subway five stars⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I love subway. The food is delicious, selection is great, and quality of there food is outstanding. The staff is very friendly, but I did not give this location 5 stars because I feel they are often very understaffed during rush times, causing service to be surprisingly slow.
