(March 27, 2022, 5:58 am)The restaurant is nice and has a beautiful view. The staff is nice and obviously cared about providing good service. The food was good but not great, a little overpriced. The restaurant has weird rules (no substitutions, and won’t allow you to pick a table/change tables eve when there are no reservations) for no reason at all, I just find it kind of odd.

(January 4, 2022, 5:13 am)Food was delicious, service was great, location was beautiful— I didn’t want to detract from star rating, but our pasta entree portions were too small for the $25 price tag. Left feeling a little disappointed. Hope the portions or prices change in the future because we’d love to try this place again.

What an amazing find! We're so lucky we happened to get hungry while we were visiting Oceanside and decided to give this place a try. We agreed that these were the juiciest & most delicious burgers we've had in a long, long time. Every bite was delicious. The view was incredible, the ambiance was cozy & warm and everyone was so nice! Do yourself a favor and give Roseanna's a try. Our only wish was that we'd had room for dessert. -
