    Spicy brisket sandwich with the cole slaw. Or the spicy nachos. Went here every week for lunch when I worked in Hermiston.

    I've had both the tri-tip and pulled pork sandwiches, both are absolutely delicious as well as their sides.. highly recommend

    The owner who served me was friendly, and the sausage didn't taste like grease, but flavorful with spices; and the sides were not bland, but flavorful.
