Went from “You have to try this” to “Good luck” really fast. First off delicious food, the Plato gordo is amazing… if you can get it. Unfortunately I have only been able to get an order in twice of the seven times I’ve gone. I’ve tried going on days they say they are open, and only on days they post on Facebook. Nothing seems to be reliable except maybe noon on Saturday. Until there are consistent hours it’s hard to recommend it as reliable and delicious.

I almost don't want to write this review so this place doesn't get any busier.

But let me tell you, Vero's Cravings is a new gem in Hermiston. Don't come here if you are trying to watch your weight because it is impossible to resist these tacos. I've already told my entire extended family so when they come to town I'm going to buy the store out. This is the type of place that would be on the old food network show with Guy Fieri, diners drive ins and dives where he finds random shops with incredibly delicious food. I hope this shop stays open and makes a lot of money. Don't miss it.
