The freshness of all the ingredients, the tenderness of the steak, the crispiness of the potatoes, and the slightly toasted on the outside burrito tortilla wrapping up a bundle of goodness!! This is truly now becoming my number one lure whenever I am within driving distance of Umatilla! I can’t wait to try the rest of her menu!
