    I would definitely rate this food 11/10! Definitely the best Mexican food I've had in the gorge! Their green salsa is the yummiest!

    Extremely good food. As someone who moved to the pnw from the south 15 years ago, this is the stuff that makes you stop and appreciate how good simple ingredients can taste. I'll be back

    an excellent vegan burrito! (just ask for veggie without dairy) also heard great things about their chicken burrito and fish tacos.
    edit: plus, an excellent view of the gorge and nice seating area.

    $2.50 for one of the best tacos of your life. Homemade tortillas and vegetarian options

    Just like the other reviewers said, this is an amazing food truck! I'm in the area often and have eaten at a lot of taco trucks and this is now at the top of my list of best trucks! I like lengua tacos and they knocked it out of the park, also beans and rice were very good.
