Asian Legend

The bright yellow Asian Legend food cart in the BG Food Cartel complex is finally back and serving after a brief hiatus during the Covid-19 pandemic. I stopped by the cart on Saturday 5/2 and the owners are happy and serving up good ole Taiwanese foods. Our favorite fried chicken on rice plate and house lo-mein is the same as ever. The lady tells me they are now open with their normal Tuesday's as their rest day. Go support his local business and eat some awesome food!

Excellent food and the prices are great. Have tried several different things and have enjoyed them all. Some of the best tofu I've had if you're looking for vegetarian options. There are also different specials so there's often a chance to try something new.

Had their hand cut beef noodle soup. The soup and meat were good. But the noodle could use some improvement. I think it wasn't fresh noodle that's why. But they do have good selections that I would come back and try again. Lady was very nice and spoke Chinese as well.

Can verify it's by far the most authentic taiwanese food I've had in this area. Absolutely recommended

Really tasty Taiwanese dishes. The pork belly buns and Taiwanese fried chicken were great. The fried chicken actually comes with some unexpected extras like minced meat and a soy sauce braised egg. Yum!
