Baja Fresh

Normally I really enjoy Baja fresh and their salsa bar, this trip however the salsa bar looked like it had been sitting untouched for quite a bit and the chicken in my burrito was very dry.

This is one of the place which never fails you. The food is really good and there salsa bar is fabulous. And the staffs are super friendly. I ordered chicken fajitas.

I love that I can request specifically what I do and don't want, and the portions are pretty large. Very valuable to me to have a salsa bar - knowing the ingredients is important to me as well. It's my husband's favorite restaurant and the very first place we went to eat after flying to Portland from Alaska. We will make many happy returns!

Wonderful customer service, fresh salsa‘s… And as far as cheap eats for the plant-based pallet this is as good as it gets. For just under four dollars you can do a plate of their pinto beans and rice or their black beans and rice with no cheese, and fill up on warm crunchy fresh corn chips… They used to have a plant-based kale salad that I liked but that has gone away. Their veggie burritos are OK but they really don’t have a lot more in them than the basics. Guacamole is now prohibitively expensive with a small two ounce Side cup being nearly $4. That being said, you’ll note I’m still giving them 5 stars, because I can feed my family their nourishing healthy food affordably and that counts for a whole lot in my book.

This particular location had amazing "customer service". I put them in quotations because it was more like family. The ladies at the counter gave my 1 year old lots of smiles & asked to hold him. They felt like family and checked on us towards the end of our meal. We need more loving people like this in the world. The cook..... he was singing while working and he had an incredible singing voice! Thank you for reminding me there is still humanity in the world.
