H&H BBQ

Excellent BBQ in Forest Grove. Had the links and rib tips with collard greens and both were excellent. Also got a side of mac and cheese which was also delicious. Owner was very friendly and personable. Told me about a super bowl special they were running so check it out if you haven't.

Elbert Black knows his BBQ! Brisket so tender and juicy, thinly sliced! Best collared greens I've had in ages. The BBQ sauce was so delicious, just the aroma driving home makes you want to dive in! Great value, two meat combo with 2 sides for $17.99! Will be back soon. Great location off Pacific Ave where Vivi's Vietnamese Sandwich truck used to be. Word will spread fast!

My food was excellent! Service was friendly food was quick and fresh. I can't wait to get dinner with my whole family. Great addition to the town and wishing you lots of success!

We had the ribs of course. And they were excellent ! Juicy and very flavorful. The sauce was the best I have had. Please try them out and see for your selves.. I think you will love it too.

Finally! Tasty BBQ in the Portland metro. I have lived in Texas, St. Louis, and KC, so I have high standards for BBQ. H&H is tasty, well-priced, and most importantly has great sauce. And their enormous smoker/grill is legit.

Ribs- good texture, fall off the bone, smoky.
Brisket- very tender with a good amount of meat to fat ratio. YUM.
Pork- perfect consistency, not grisly or too soft.
Mac and cheese- i had to reheat this, but it has a great gooey- pasta thing going that tastes like grandma's.
Hush puppies- again i had to reheat these, but the flavor was awesome and I LOVE that they offer this option.
Fries- great crisp on the outside, soft inside. A little greasy which is just what you want at a BBQ place.
Corn bread- standard, i like honey cornbread more!
Peach cobbler- Pleasantly surprised- got this as an afterthought but SO glad I did. Pick up some vanilla ice cream from Plaid Pantry, Go home, warm up the cobbler, thank me later!

In summary, go support these guys- they are delicious and we don't want them to move away!!
