Jerrik's BBQ

Very tasty food. Not enough though. Their meat meets my expectation for some good pulled pork. Mac salad was also tasty. They have an excellent dining area in the food truck area that has a good atmosphere.

Always makes a great cream of corn. Not the stuff from the can but actually real southern cream corn. Great BBQ from brisket to ribs. It is very delightful Hawaiian food as well. From to having hula hula chicken to loco moco, they're all good. Traditional Hawaiian dishes.

Got the "hot mess" it was pretty good. Sausage cut and topped with pulled pork and slaw. Pretty good idea. Wish they would have toasted and possibly garlic buttered the hoagie roll. Perhaps a small container of sauce on the side. Think it's a Lil pricy, but I'm sure the rent on their spot contributes to the overhead. All in all, not bad. But, probably won't order another.

Great food at a good price. The guys inside the truck are very friendly and fun. Great experiance, great food you can't ask for much more.

We tried a bunch of different items from the menu. The pork ribs were meaty and may have a bit to much heat in the spice for some folks but they were cooked perfectly as was the beef brisket, very tender and a nice amount was served.
Had two Mac n cheese offerings that were good.
I like the Texas style the best.
We will go back and try his smoked pork belly next visit.
They were still cooking at the time but looked really good.
Sound like they are planning to expand and have more offerings in the near future.
Super nice people to talk too also.
