    Just moved to Oregon about a week ago and my boyfriend and I have been trying all of the different food trucks that are close to where we live and this place is AMAZING! Hands down the best tacos in Hillsboro. They make their own tortillas to order. OMG so fresh so tasty. To say the least I'm obsessed with this place and definitely will be coming back??? Thank you so much!!

    Great food! Had a chorizo torta and it was huge & super delicious, the staff was friendly. Will go back!

    Being born and raised in LA, it's tough to find a good taco truck around this area. El Nevado de Toluca Food Truck definitely fits the bill. The food is delicious and the portions match the price fairly well. The staff is friendly and the food is prepared quick enough for you to enjoy your lunch time. If you're ever craving Mexican street food, add this spot to your favorites.
